I can’t say enough about this sign and the customer service is top tier. I had a problem with the remote which was fixed and communication was good. It comes with a lot of multiple ways to plug in your light and it is important to know how to plug it in so you can light it up. The black cord goes into the white box which connects to the light and plug it in. Also don’t bother with the batteries if you can because it eats it up and I believe it takes 8. The remote allows you to adjust the light and you can dim it too. I also used my own floral wire to hang the light on a nail that was already there. I also run low on patience at times and know exactly how I like it and found adding the floral wire from the top side to side helped it and it hung perfectly. It also looks nice when it’s not lit and I would recommend buying from this company.

Who wouldn't want to see their name in lights? I know that these signs are popular for weddings, but I've been married 35 years and there was nothing like this available when we got married. But I wanted a sign with our names on it! At last, I ordered it, and it lights up a darker wall in our living room. It's smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not being able to visualize the measurements. It's well made, and better quality than some of the pre-made ones I've seen. It has a dimmer on it, but no remote. The high setting will blind you. The low setting is just perfect for every day use.

Luckily I did make sure that I was buying the right numbers etc. the seller was in touch immediately to let me know they had my back. It looks so pretty and definitely readable. They include hanging tools so you don’t have to go searching and it’s easy to put up. I spent maybe 73 dollars for two rows of writing which is an amazing price considering the place down the street from me was asking for 632! Will definitely always use this merchant. It’s definitely high quality work with options of different fonts! BUY HERE!

This turned out better than I could have imagined. The colors are super vibrant. I love how I can adjust the intensity to three different levels. It was super easy to hang up. The size is perfect for what space I needed to cover and overall it’s of great quality. Very happy with this!

This was perfect for my daughter’s room. I got so sick of going through, what felt like a pack of batteries a week, on all her little nightlights. This has 3 settings and the lowest is perfect to light up her room enough that she doesn’t need any other lights & isn’t afraid. The brightest setting is extremely bright. I couldn’t believe how bright it was actually lol especially for the price point. The font and color came exactly as pictured and we have already ordered another for my other daughter who now wants one 😅.

If you are hesitant to buy this sign I hope this review convinces you to do so. I got it for my best friend’s wedding and her and her now husband loved it. The sign looks much bigger in reality than in the picture. The quality is superb. And the color and size were exactly what I wanted. I got a max 19 characters and the lettering is so beautiful. Color was warm white I think.

The sign came so good! It was bright and fun. I love it and cannot wait to use it. I did have to spend a week with 6 different shipping attempts to actually get the product. It was a headache. They needed more information about my house, but then told me that was not the issue and it would be delivered by the next day. Then it wasn't. Turns out that was the issue and eventually I got it a week after it was scheduled. The product was good, but the shipping was a huge headache for me and I had to talk to multiple different customer service representatives. Ultimately, the product was good so I don't want to talk bad about the company, but they might need to use a different shipping organization instead of DHL.
