Letters bent, torn and strung out of order.
The product was not as sturdy as I hoped. Letters were bent, torn, and out of reading order. I had to restring and tape letters. Disappointed!

The banner was tangled so bad that we weren't able to use it.

Cute but easily tangles
Really cute design and I like the ribbon it's strung on. It does tangle easily but that's really due to the design so just be careful when unpacking.
