Just snaps in
No instructions with it, had trouble getting first one in and ended up breaking it. Was my own fault, it is really as simple and clipping in base and then sliding cover over it. It’s a little tight but works as expected.

Does NOT fit 2010 Audi A6
This product does NOT fit the 2010 Audi A6. It will install ok, but the visor bar that this piece holds has a diameter that this part will NOT accommodate. So you'll get it installed and then you won't be able to clip the visor to it. I don't know if it works for other cars, models, years, but it most definitely does not fit the 2010 Audi A6.

Tight to install, tough to remove...but they're supposed to be
Fits my 2013 Passat TDI just like the old ones. Tough to remove without making a mark on the headliner, so be careful when you take out the old ones. These go in tight too, so be careful as you get it in. You will have to use a hammer of some type to get it all the way in. Just be gentle and use a layer of fabric or a couple passes of electrical tape on it so it won't leave a mark.

Just like OEM
Fit perfect. It needs to be taken apart because it won’t fit in together. After it was put in, I closed the visor… perfect fit.

Good replacement
Overall it worked well but it was tighter than the original so it took some real pressure to get it into the same holes. It worked well so I would recommend it over the oem

Doesn’t Fit!
Junk. The plastic circled in the photo is to tall compared to factory piece causing it to tilt left to right when push against the head liner also causing product to not seat flush. Unfortunately have to bite the bullet on this. Pay $9 for UPS to pick it up only to get $12 back. Don’t waste your time with this.

Not quite OEM Quality
While I was able to get these to fit my 2015 VW Passat, it was quite difficult to get them to snap in place. I ultimately had to trim some material off to get them to secure in place. While they are far cheaper and more readily available than the OEM part, be aware that you may experience some fitment issues.
