Love this Belt
Much more comfortable than leather. I like this belt a lot. It's kind of difficult to get it really tight. Overall though I'm very happy with jmy purchase.

Incredible,consistent quality.
Schiek sells nothing but the best quality! I have bought from them since 1993.I have gloves, straps and belts from that brand that I have had for over twenty years.Used them daily.Usually lifting heavy.I am adding this belt because I am 70 years old and want to continue lifting heavy for years to come. I never buy any other brand because none can compare to Schiek.

Decent Support, but Very Difficult to Adjust
I very much like the 6” front and back support; and I like the cone design that doesn’t dig in to your sides. However, this belt is very difficult to adjust and takes a lot of effort to tighten. This belt is such a pain to tighten that it’s not practical to loosen and tighten it throughout your workout, so I just keep it on and very tight the entire time.In the future, I’ll try to find a belt with a similar cone design and 6” height, but without this belt’s inconvenient tightening feature.

A gym fashion accessory. Not a support belt.
This belt isn't for training. It's a nice accessory to wear with a matching outfit. Thats because the patented features that distinguish this belt are actually major hindrances. For example, the Velcro on the ends of the belt that hold the belt in place while you place the strap in the buckle and tighten the strap makes it very difficult to tighten the belt. Also, the round metal piece in the buckle greatly limits how tight you can pull the strap. So, the unnecessary and problematic Velcro on the belt ends, combined with the absurd round metal piece in the buckle, makes this belt laughably difficult to cinch up. And then there's a third problem: the strap pulls from right to left, instead of left to right as with all other belts I've ever seen. Sure, you can get around these problems by using some material to cover up the unnecessary Velcro, breaking off or bypassing the round metal piece, and wearing the belt upside down. But then you'll be left with the problem that this belt really doesn't provide any kind of significant lumbar support (it just wants to sit on your lower thoracic area), and it'll come right off your lower back on slide on up to thoracic as soon as you go down for your first squat. Furthermore, the contour shape does absolutely nothing to improve fit or anything else. It's a completely useless feature from what I can tell. Now, if you're looking for something cool to wear around the gym and you're not too serious about back support then I can't see why you couldn't order one. As for me, I'm returning mine. One star for looks and one star for I guess fairly good quality material.

Great support front & back while not infringing on mobility...
Very nice belt. I used to use a more traditional belt but only on heavy lifts not during WODs.This one works great during both. I considered the 3004 (4" vs 6") but I like the high back support (my preferred design) and it has considerable height on the front for abdominal support while not infringing on mobility and also not digging into hip bones like traditional belts/buckles... This one is a keeper....

Appears well made and sturdy. Have gotten PRs with it
I've had it for a few months now. Bought it because other athletes at my gym use it. Use it primarily for heavy (heavy for me) back squats and deadlifts. Small size fits me well. Appears well made and sturdy. Have gotten PRs with it. Overall, happy with purchase.
