Unfortunately they can't used a real 5,000 may battery. So they give you some Chinese junk which is always 80% thicker than a normal samsung battery. So this case really is only big because they need to save a couple pennies and screw your pocket over.......... Other than that, it is how it is, there no one else selling a s20 fe battery case?

This did fit my phone exactly, and it held up really well for a concert I needed it for. It is a little bulky but I think that is to be expected for a charging phone case. I definitely plan to use it again for future events where I need to extend the battery life of my phone.

Worst purchase I ever made .it will not charge or take a charge .the power light only come on when it's plugged in.tried holding the button for three seconds and pushing it 3 times.it does not work

Nice quality case, the battery lasts forever. The only thing dont like, you cant plug your earbuds into it. Well, you can, they dont work. Its has the USB-C port that works for charging, but nothing else. No data transfer thru it, which means headphones and earbuds wont work. If you ONLY want it for battery power, its awesome...!!

Charges phone, but affects phone reception.

This is the 2nd battery casenif purchased for the same phone. I gave it 2stars only because I had to purchase another one. Not because it stopped working, but because for some reason, the middle of the case, on the inside, puffed out. Not sure why. It still worked perfectly fine, but the phone couldn't stay in the case. The protruding impacted the fit. I could tape it in, but who wants tape holding the case. I take great care of my phone. So I can't for the live of me, figure out WHY it protruded. Never wet, dropped a few times in the two years. If it doesn't crack the screen, it shouldn't damage the case. Does the battery begin to expand after two years? Who knows. Now for the functionality, it's perfect!!! Not too heavy but not does add weight. When I'm low on battery power, I just hit the ON button and it immediately charges. Or you can leave it on after charging, and it maintains the 100%, until the cases power is depleted. For that, 5stars all the way! Would just like it to last the life of my phone. I upgrade about every 3yrs

Case is bulky as expected for a battery case. Had no issues charging overnight and i get about an extra full charge. Not bad for the price and the ability to charge other devices with it. Only thing i wish it had was a cover for the usb port

Es la segunda vez que compro este producto y el problema es que no dura más de 4 meses. la batería no retiene la carga y se abomba dificultando mantener el teléfono adentro.

Used to get 2 full charges out of it, now it only bring my phone to 70%... wpukd like a replacement if possible

Dieses Produkt ist sehr gut wenn man den ganzen Tag ohne lade Möglichkeite ist. Mit dem könnte man sich das Handy einmal komplett volladen . Das einzige Problem ist das die Hülle ein wenig dick ist aber das ist nebensächlich .

Según me llega la tengo que devolver, el botón de encendido apagado no funciona por lo tanto ya viene defectuosa
