Varilight Iridium Black, LED Dimmer Switch - V-Pro Series, 1 Gang (Single), 1 or 2 Way, 400 Watt (Trailing Edge)

I have used this to dim 5 x 5w LEDs in the bathroom. It worked perfectly first time and without any of the adjustments which other reviewers have posted for similar switches - lucky I guess. It comes with instructions of how to adjust should this be necessary. The switch also looks good. So very pleased with my purchase.

Great dimmer, no audible buzzing, easy to change settings without having to remove the plate as you do other brands. Well worth the extra money, I tried 3 other switches prior to this which all buzzed. Added bonus it is not as deep as other brands so easier to fit in existing backboxes that didn't previously have dimmers although you do still need a little room behind it. Only brand I will use for dimmers now as so much better than the competition

Bought this to replace a supposed led dimmer switch that caused flicker in dimmable bulbs - this one doesnt. 4 stars because the dimming doesn't have much range ie from full on it takes them down to about 65%. But no flicker which is awesome.

Great product. Works really well with my 4x 4W LED candle bulbs. It has programmable features for adjusting max and min brightness, but I didn’t need to use that as its default settings were perfect straight out of the box. Would recommend

This single dimmer works for dimmable LEDs, no buzz or flicker, but the metal face plate feels thin with the back edges all being burred hence very sharp. The iridium finish is a lot worse and is more of a fingerprint magnet than the iridium one I am replacing. I wasn't expecting to have to program a flipping light switch. For example to set minimum brightness... ON-OFF ON-OFF ON-OFF then adjust dimmer. Don't lose the instructions or you'll be knackered. For the £16.58 I paid I would have expected better quality. If it wasn't for the fact trailing edge dimmers are like hen's teeth I would have returned it.
