Perfect for carry on, spacious and smooth to push.

The case is small, within required measurements by major airlines just as expected. I've had other IT suitcases, they have good spinners that run very smoothly and evenly without hickups, and their telescopic handles usually feel solid when gone up and down. This one is a good little carry on!

The carry-on I received did not have the TSA zipper lock, or the four side pads that were depicted in the listing.UPDATE- Having now traveled with this carry-on, I am very happy with the functionality and performance.

So far so good.. I took it on a trip for a week and it worked out well. It does scratch pretty easily but overall it is durable besides the scratching. It fit a lot more clothing than I thought and I had enough outfits for a whole weeks worth. I wish the zip part that has mesh was a little bit longer and wider to fit more travel sized shampoo, conditioner etc. I noticed those items do not fit well so I ended up not using this section.

Arrived super quick but you get what you pay for! Poor quality. Incredibly cheaply made, visible glue all around the seams and a wonky carrier handle that gets stuck and doesn’t close easily. Immediate return. Rather spend a bit more money for something quality that doesn’t look like a craft project and falls apart in transit.

I have had other full size IT Luggage before and really liked them as well. This time I needed a carry-on and I really liked this one as it has all the features the competitor models do not, like a side handle and an expander. I didn't even think of how important those features were until I started researching other bags.It's a "carry-on" bag, so clearly you are going to have to hoist it into an overheard compartment- I'm a small woman so that would be infinitely more difficult without a side handle. Also this carry-on will actually fit most European size requirements, which most other North American "carry-ons" would not.Most other good competitors (like Samsonite) only had either the handle or the expander on their comparable models, but not both.

J’adore sincèrement la valise, elle est très belle, de qualité et robuste mais je suis très déçu de constater qu’il n’y a pas de verrou pour les zips tel que démontré sur les photos! C’était un cadeau pour ma fille et elle y tenait vraiment …

I ordered this carry-on based on the photos so I was quite surprised that there are no locks for the zipper and the rubber bumpers on the side are also missing. I suspect the seller is using images of a larger suitcase and trying to pass this one off as offering more than it does. It is quite spacious inside and the extension is nice.
