This was also a birthday present for my sister. She said they're the most comfortable shoes she's ever worn. They're very lightweight & she hasn't slipped in them once. Wonderful arch support and they are holding up well. She's washed them twice in the washing machine and they come out looking brand new with absolutely no damage.
