Can you make Yoda a backpack while you run? Are hairy vines and rocks included?

This is a diorama scene. Its one specific scene in where yoda is teaching luke to use the force while doing a handstand. A diorama is a mini sculpture or display of ONE scene. And idk about "hairy" it is lego so any "rocks" or "vines" are lego based. If you look at the image you see exactly what comes in the set, and how it will look like.

why is it much cheaper than it is on the LEGO website?
