I purchased the Miuedo Smart Lock for a guest house to enable control of multiple entry codes and tracking of these codes. The build quality of the lock is very good, with an attractive overall finish that looks great once installed. The installation process is straight forward and very quick if you are replacing an existing deadbolt lock. The on-line videos for installation and programming are clear and easy to follow. The TTLock phone app is simple to use and gives full control of the lock features. The included key fobs are great! I have not connected this lock to Wi-Fi so I can’t comment on that feature.My only issue is with the fingerprint feature. This function does not work consistently. I have erased and reprogrammed our fingerprints several times and I've concluded this feature is not reliable enough to count on. I have other electronic locks that have similar issues with the fingerprint function, so this does not seem to be an issue with only the Miuedo lock.Overall, I recommend this lock to anyone needing a full featured electronic deadbolt at an attractive price point.

I've been using it for a little over two weeks and thus far it's been great. No issues installing the lock itself, the previous deadbolt was flush against the door, so we did need to carve out a notch on the side of the door for the new deadbolt using a wood chisel, but I'm pretty sure most doors have a notch like that already. Otherwise the instructions for installation are very easy to follow. The app works well, it connects via Bluetooth and while there are remote options that use wifi I'm happy to leave it unconnected. In terms of ways to unlock, I mostly use either the fingerprint or the passcode- both work without a hitch, though sometimes it takes a second for the keypad to light up. The rest of my family also uses fingerprints or the IC card. Haven't had any issues locking or unlocking, and I have to say I really like the auto-locking feature. The fact that it locks itself combined with a number of ways to unlock was the main draw, and I'm happy to say it fulfills its promise in that regard.The app also stores records of when the door was unlocked, the method, and in the case fingerprints for the IC card the person as well. This isn't so important for me but others might find it useful.

I loved this lock, until I didn’t. It was super easy to install. I was excited about the convenience of the auto-lock and unlocking w/ biometrics; however it stopped working after about 2 weeks. I already threw away the old deadbolt so I’m using a key with it until my new smart lock comes from another brand.

We've had this for a while I even bought a gateway to connect it and it constantly doesn't connect to app I even have it with Alexa and it shows that is always disconnected I'm always worried it stays open and sometimes when coming out from work I find my door open I would not recommend this.

The lock was very easy to install and it works great.With the app feature you can add as many fingerprints as it takes ,which is great for me ,since I have a large family.The only drawback for me is the automatic lock feature.But I can deal with it.I did some research and it is a Great value !

I have searched long for the best bolt lock for our front door. This one caught my attention with its features. One that comes to mind is its durability and security features. The item itself is heavy and water proof with the rubber fittings that comes with it. Installation took 15 minutes with its easy quide and instructions. It is a standard fit to any door. Took another 10 minutes with the app installation and the process to get each family member access with a finger print. The good thing about the item is that it comes with a key if ever the item bugs down. Battery life is being monitored with the app and you get a notification if ever it needs replacement. Aside from that you can also use a numerical code to open the door. The door locks automatically too which is very convinient. I set my timer to lock in 30 seconds, which gives us ample time. One thing to remember is always make sure to have fingers clean before using the lock or it will say failed. And three failed notice will give you a loud alarm, which is a wonderful feature that alerts you for intruders. The price is much cheaper compaired to other bolt locks and beside this is the latest one. The bolt lock has satisfied and exceeded my expectations. A must have for everyone........

This lock is a wonderful deal and it has so much functionality. The fact that there are so many different settings make it a must have. Being able to quickly assign PINs, set fingerprint biometrics, and get instant status' on the lock makes this the best product of its type I have used. I highly recommend!

I’ve gotten 3 other door locks with similar features that have each stopped unlocked the first time they got wet. This one however incorporates the mechanical lock and unlock system on the inside of the door not the outside and includes rubber gaskets at both sides where it affixes to the door. I live on the Windward side of Oahu and we get significant rainfall, often coming down at an angle and often directly at our door, so when this lock didn’t fail the first time it was rained on, or any subsequent times there after I was genuinely impressed.The ones I had spent far more on did not have a physical key, and as I mentioned, they failed at the first raindrop that fell on them. So, without a physical key I was completely unable to secure it open my house when they would fail.For the price and features this is fantastic. My only drawback on it is that the advanced features such as using Wi-Fi require a hub you’ve got to buy separately. The last time I did that (Wink Hub) the company started charging monthly service fees shortly after so it was a complete waste of money. For what this is, I’m happy enough not needing the features a hub would unlock though.

Bought this last March but was really waiting for the Cold to review. Just had a cold snap week of -50C in Sask, Canada and this lock is still working great as ever. We love the fingerprint feature and is pretty much all we use! Very happy it continued to work great in the cold weather!

I was not impressed when I first unpacked this. It is poor quality and made with cheap materials and not made to withstand daily use or break in attempts. I decided to try to install it to see if it was still acceptable as this was not going in my primary residence. After it was installed the latch was in the lock position when it was unlocked and vice versa. When I went to adjust this, the lock came apart and is not useable.

The size and material give a great look, felling like heavy duty. The finger print reader on the top italic edge surface, compare with most other vertical surface, it is much easy when you set the finger on. The multiply method to open the door: finger, code, IC card, blue tooth, physic key,….also, when you add a WiFi gateway, it can open remotely! The inside lock/unlock button is very convenient, it also reduce risk of damage when people manually open the locker. The lock history is available on the app, the battery level also displayed! It is the best lock that I used! high recommend!

Works alright but confused how to get sone features to work, could be a me problem.

Door unlocks on its own. Leaving your house open to everyone. When you think you’ve locked it, it unlocks again. Finger print reader stopped recognizing my print very early on. Customer service is non-existent. They don’t answer you.
