I have a set of In Ear Monitor Earphones. Wouldn't it be great if they were bluetooth enabled?
I've used a few consumer bluetooth headsets. I never felt good about the two-piece kind, they felt insecure and the touch surface control was hard to work with. I use several of the ones on a cord, but even then, they have been uncomfortable and if I lay down on them, I keep pressing buttons. A while ago, I got a set of KBEAR KS1 Ear Monitor Earphones for another purpose, but found them so comfortable, I began using them for casual music listening. Wouldn't it be great if they were bluetooth enabled? I looked for an adapter and found the APEKX. It was small and seemed like it should do everything I needed. It's been perfect. The cord on the earpieces is not a problem at all and the APEKX either clips onto something or goes in a pocket. The KBEARS are so comfortable I can lie down in bed and listen without any discomfort or muffled sound all while using bluetooth. Working around the house is also trouble free. Battery life has not been a noticeable problem. I have run them down after falling asleep, but the useable time is more than I'd expect and not a problem. Pairing has been easy with multiple devices. No different than other bluetooth devices. I thought I had a problem with the volume up button not working, but it turned out to be sticking and a good firm press freed it up. Others complaining about the buttons might try that. All in all, the APEKX has lived up to all my expectations and is well worth the price. The small size and convenience is exceptional.

Exactly what I was looking for, as most wireless earbud designs do not stay in my ears.
Solid product that allows me to use the few earbud designs that fit my ear (all wired). Easy to use and works as advertised, with clear sound and decent microphone performance. I've been using this device heavily for almost a year, and I'm looking for a replacement as the battery life has degraded. I wish they had made it a little bulkier and chosen a higher quality battery. I'd pay extra for the convenience of not having to shop for a new one; especially as it seems there are several almost identical-looking options on the market now.

This Adapter Accomplished The Goal I Set
⤷ Product Description: "Turned any Wired Earphones, Headphones, Wired Speakers into Wireless Ones!" Yep - This product does just that! ⤷ Product Description: "Feature Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR allows Full-speed transmission and Low power consumption." I haven't any problems with battery life, or transmission. As far as sound, the quality matches that of the original Bose Bluetooth Command Module that came with my headphones. ⤷ Product Description: "The simplest hands-free solution for calls and music" Yep - It's simple. For calls, I hook this up to my earbuds. Pairing with my phone was super easy. I purchased this Bluetooth Adapter alongside Wireless Conversion Kit to replace a broken command module for my Bose SoundLink Headphones . Together, they work perfectly. ⤷ Product Description: "Big Buttons for play, track and volume and controls. Perfect for doing sports." They are big, but the device design is so streamlined that I personally cannot tactilely detect the lines between each button. In my experience, I'd recommend that you not expect to interact with the device without actually glancing at it to make sure you're hitting the button you want. As far as being perfect for doing sports, I'd say that depends on the chord length of whatever earbuds/headphones your connecting to. How I've assembled this works great at the gym -- I don't have any flowing chords to get tangled in equipment. I have also notice that the volume buttons are a little wonky. You have to press them with just the right "press/hold/release" timing in order to actually adjust the volume. ⤷ Product Description: "Compatible with iPhones, iPad, iPod, Android smartphones, tablets and other Wireless enabled devices." I can confirm that it works with an Android phone. I have no reason to suspect it would not work with iOS, or Android tablets. I can however confirm that it does not consistently work with Roku Private Listening. Unfortunately, I've yet to determine if this is a defect in the Apekx Bluetooth Adapter or in the Roku Private Listening feature, or my phone ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Amazing Adaptor!
TLDR: Transforms regular 3.5 mm jack headphones/earbuds into Bluetooth device. Has a clip so you can wear it, and volume control plus skip/back play/pause. Decent battery life. I'd charge it every day. Story time: Last year I got the Samsung Galaxy S22 which has no headphone jack. I have Bluetooth earbuds that work great. My partner snores like a chainsaw. I tried using my Bluetooth earbuds, but upon waking the next morning I had lost both of them in the bed somewhere. I was pretty upset since they're not cheap. Thankfully, I was able to find them. Unfortunately, I now had this I CAN'T SLEEP DUE TO CHAINSAW MAN problem and was taking refuge on the couch at night. I decided to try using the jack on my old Galaxy S7 with some very comfortable ear fitting earbuds. It was working wonderfully until the S7 got slower and frustratingly slower just trying to use Spotify. I needed a way to use the earbuds with my newer phone. Thus the discovery of this adapter was life saving. I can block out the snoring using the old earbuds with Spotify from my new phone. I am safe from the couch lol. I love that it has it's own volume control so if I need to adjust the volume beyond what my phone can do, I can. It seems You can't turn it on/off when it's on the charger, but once it's on/off you can put it on the charger and it will stay that way until you turn it on/off again. When inactive it will turn itself off if you forget to. If you don't want to replace your comfy earbuds and want a wallet-friendly solution for making them wireless, I definitely recommend this product.

It works pretty good even when you are far away from it and even when there are objects between the phone and the bluetooth's device
