Battery holder worked perfectly and it has a disconnect switch to boot.

I recently bought a Yamaha DX7s synth that needed its battery replaced. The original was soldered onto the board with leads spot welded to the battery itself. I was able to heat up the leads with a soldering iron to remove it and re-soldered this battery holder in its place. It works great and the next time I need to replace the battery it will be much easier.
