Advanced Jewellery CAD Modelling in Rhino

The book shows a in depth guide to Rhino and how you can use the software in jewellery design. It's easy to follow and has a number of useful information regarding to tolerance for casting and other useful tips. Highly recommend this book.

Great book 📚packed with info.

There is some useful information in the book and could be helpful, especially for less experienced. The author is familiar with the main modelling tools in Rhino.However, the tolerances and methods of modelling that are described in the book show that the author doesn't have experience working as a jewellery CAD designer for fine jewellery companies to see how experienced jewellery CAD designer work and create CAD files. Potentially, he has only worked as a freelancer jewellery CAD technician.Some authors' CAD models shown in the book are not practical and have technical issues such as being too thin. Most of the modelling examples in the book are not commonly used in the industry.It is not a book for advanced users but could be useful for beginners and people who are learning Rhino.
