I just set it up today. I needed my daughter to help me. The shipping was swift and properly and safely packed. Much faster computer and it was easy set up asking a lot of questions for preference set up. I actually deserve a new computer. Price was great and many settings to choose from.

I bought a computer because it had all of the features I wanted at a price I could afford.My Pc was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I started it up and transferred all of my files and stuff and it worked flawlessly. 4 Days later it developed a problem; the wifi connection was very slow, it went from 300Mbps to 15Mbps. I contacted HP who spent about 30 minutes figuring out since I hadn’t purchased my HP computer directly from HP, they would not assist me with troubleshooting. I contacted Empowered PC, through the Amazon app and they replied quickly. They worked with me for several days until my problem was solved. Really great customer service, I would not hesitate to buy a PC from Empowered PC Good price and great customer service.

Haven't purchased a desktop PC in over a decade so I am thankful for the huge upgrade. The only downside I have found, (and I am not a PC geek), is when I went to hook up my (older) audio system and cannot because all the ports are different. Okay... adapt dude. Then I find that I cannot do anything until I resolve the "no audio device is installed" found. Still working on that one, as there doesn't seem to be an easy fix, (for someone of my limited experience).

This is an outstanding machine. I don't use it for gaming. I use it for doing work in AutoCAD. Drawing solids, 3D parts and renderings is so much faster with the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G processor along with the AMD Radeon Graphics. There's plenty of storage in this machine too. Included are 256 GB of SSD storage and 1 TB of SATA hard drive storage along with with 4 SuperSpeed USB Type-A and 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C ports on the front of this PC, and 4 USB 2.0 Type-A ports on the rear. I use 2 of the Type-A USB ports to connect to my 2 TB and 1 TB SSD drives.

I've been using this computer daily for 9 months now with no problems at all. It is fast and quiet. I would not recommend it for gaming but is great for general use. Minimal bloatware installed. I do wish I could find a DVD player/recorder that would fit this unit but the external DVD drive I added works well.

I hate this thing. Constantly shutting itself down, right in the middle of trying to work, all these annoying 'Updates' which, even when I turn them *OFF* until I choose to upload them has had zero affect on this problem. 'Gaming'? Give me a break! Unless your form of 'Gaming' is playing solitaire/hearts/minefield, this thing cannot handle it. If I had a choice, I'd return this thing in a heartbeat, but PC's are not cheap, and $$$ is extremely tight (for everyone), atm. I'm forced to suffer this PoS until I get a local tech to build me one that will do what I need a PC to do, and work as expected. I will enjoy using it for target practice, once I get a real PC. Most expensive target I've ever used.

I have used HP for years. I replaced an old tower for this one. I do wish it had a cd or DVD drive but not that important. It works much faster than my old one. The customer service has been excellent.
