I plan on using it inside a candle holder. Will the remote still work? Also, somone says they all flicker in unison making it very weird. Is that true

Do these have a timer function? Where they are on for 4 hrs, off for 20 hrs, then on for 4 hrs again? Similar to some battery operated tealights?

Can each light be set to a different color and stable ?
