This pillow is amazing. It allows me to sleep cooler, supports my knees and back. I even use it for my neck. It has a cover that you can remove to wash, but the zipper opening is so small, it was difficult getting the pillow back into its case. I imagine this might get easier the more worn the pillow is, but in spite of using it every day, it still is just as supportive and firm as it was when I bought it. If I forget it when I travel, I have difficulty sleeping without it. It does not have a smell, and the cover is made of a super comfortable cooling material. All in all, I love this pillow and feel it is a good value for the money.

I've used a leg/knee pillow for the past 10 years. Previously I had the triangular style, while it worked it didn't support my hip as well as this one. I ordered the Large size based off other reviews and it is perfect. I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs for reference. The larger side goes toward your hip, and the smaller side supports your knee.I am a restless sleeper, so I roll over many times throughout the night. This stays with me all night. I used to wake up with the pillow at the foot of the bed. I think the size helps to keep it in place.Material: The outer cover is very soft microfiber. The pillow itself is memory foam.

For my needs it it was a little too short, an uncomfortable after about 5 hours sleep at a time. So I would have to switch back to a regular pillow.Where it comes in a nice pillowcase, and maybe I just have to get used to it

Helps with low back pain by supporting the knees & legs for side sleepers when sleeping.Also, works for me on nights when I roll onto my back if I place another pillow under my knees to keep my legs from falling off as I tend to toss & turn in my sleep, waking myself up from it.

I going to keep this BUT while it keeps your hips level it's not long enough to keep your calves apart which causes your knee to twist downward. That hurts after a while.

Amazing! Stayed in place all night. No issues and back did not hurt for the first time in years waking up!!! I have used other pillows and they sucked.

I bought this bc I have been having hip pain and I am a side sleeper and normally use a pillow between my knees. This is a nice product. I think it's a little firm for what I was looking for. I like that you can remove the cover to wash and it stays cool. I previously bought a different version and this one is longer which was much better. Overall I have actually started using my pillow again so don't think that I would recommend to a friend.
