Horrible design
My wife ordered this and we got it for Xmas. I questioned the design from the start and it did not take long before all my assumptions became reality. The design is bad, it allows for the chair to basically collapse if one latch is moved. I pinched my fingers more than once, the final straw was when I was loading it in the car Xmas morning and sliced my finger open. Not sure how but it was all over at that point. Returned the product as quickly as possible.
