Will this work with a Ducati multistrada? It has factory hand guards?

I had to remove my hand guards but they were aftermarket on an FJR. Hopefully, somebody with a Duc Multi will reply.Edit .. Titan9800 already replied.

Will this work for a Suzuki M109r?

Yes, it will. It is such a simple effective design. The only way that I can think of that it would not work is if the motorcycle does not have a grip on the throttle or there was no front brake lever.
