Denim look without the weight
Decent fabric. Light enough for my quilty plans. Nice. Has the dark denim-look i was hoping for. Not stretchy, which for my purposes is a good thing.

High quality denim- great hand
High quality Light weight denim- was “thin” but thread count high enough that it is not “see through” . Used it to make a skirt- was very pleased by the drapability, consistent quality without flaws or irregularities. Width was as stated 60” wide. 2 yards was perfect for a gathered/pleated midi length skirt.

Regular quilting cotton - not denim
This is not denim fabric. It's cotton fabric in a "denim" color. It's equivalent to a Kona cotton or a quilting cotton.

Not What it is Supposed To Be
This item was presented as “denim” but it is, in fact, chambray, which is much lighter in weight. I would return the fabric but it is a perfect match for the fabric that I’m using for my decorating project. As chambray, it is not bad quality but I would have been VERY disappointed if my project required the heavier weight of denim.

It will shrink after wash
It will shrink approximately 2 inches per yard after wash. Other than that, it is a nice lightweight cotton fabric.
