Sargent Art Neon & Metallic Collored Set pencils, Assorted

Ordered both neon and metallic.Neon are about what you'd expect, pink, purple, yellow, green, and blue, 2 shades of each.The metallic are decent for metallic ones Not as nice as my grafix ones that came from the dollar tree ages ago, but haven't seen there again. Color similar to many other high end pencils.Only complaint is that really there's only 10 colors and that's generous as gold is pretty close to the green. There's 3 green and 3 priple, but only 2 distinct shades of each, one blue, one black one silver, one gold and copper of course and an orange.

The metallic colors are nice and soft making them easy to fill in with. There is a nice metallic sheen to every color. The neons are a little scratchy but as soon as you use them once, they soften up and fill in well. The blues and purples aren't as neon as the other colors but I have found this to be true across the board. These are by far the best metallics and neons I have found and I have just about every brand. You can't beat the price. I don't care if you are a beginner or expert, you will want this set. I'm even giving it its own private box.

I'm a beginner and I have tried some other colored pencils. These are really great compared to the ones I have used. Neons are bright! Metallic colors are also nice. All the colors on paper match the colors on pencils. Not waxy. Great value!

These pencils cover nicely. They are standard size so easy to hold, color, or write with. The color selection goes well with basic color schemes. They sharpen easily and do not break.

Neons glow well. metallics are about as good as you can expect from a pencil
