Fantastic! It's got heat but in my opinion it could be hotter, so I'm not sure what the too hot reviews are all about. I wouldn't even range this as hot but spicy but like I said I like hot foods and spices. If you do you'll love this.

Unsure what others where talking about but gave samples to multiple people to make sure I was not mistaken and they all said the same thing "a little but barely any heat/spice." Great taste but maybe complaints made them cool down the heat unfortunately!!!

Poor flavor and texture.
Flavor and texture are bad likely because it is cooked and not cured. This should be made clear in the description which it is not. Waste of $120.

You couldn’t tell from the Picture and description that it was cooked coppa. I was looking for cured coppa and it’s not returnable.
