Q: How tall is the plant when delivered

Do not buy. Plant was half dead when recvd. It was about 8 inches tall. And I didnt get my money back

I don't exactly know how tall this plants gets. But yes, you can submerge and plant this plant under water.

Q: Ive heard issues, not bad. About plants form canton. Are these rooted or do i need to rip them from rhe pots and float first when i order ?!?

Mine came rooted and in a pot w/ I guess it's called rock wool. Best to float them a bit though to let them recover from lack of light during shipping. They came quickly (PO) so they weren't "out of it" too long. Just remember to plant them at least 2 inches apart. When you trim them back for new plants or just due to length, they will start to branch at the leaf nodes and the extra space will be welcome, especially when the light hits them. Hope this helps.
