Been using these for years and have never had a problem. Only thing is, they recently put a child proof cap on it, which I can't manage some days, but I found a plain cap that fits.

i have a gram scale because i buy bulk powder supplements. The capsules are 550 grams the empty capsule is 110 Mg there is around 450 Mg of powder inside the caps there is other ingredients besides the Lactoferrin {Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Rice Flour} those are at least 200 mg so your lucky if there 250 mg of Lactoferrin i don't know why amazon isn't doing something about this

Lactoferrin is pink, this is white. It doesn’t have the texture of lactoferrin or the taste. Not sure what it is, but it’s not Lactoferrin.

This product has been mislabelled. This is not good. I have been taking apolactoferrin for years with no side effects. This product give me dangerously high level of iron in my blood which is dangerous. Apolactoferrin doesn't do this. Please be aware. This company should not be allowed to do this. Buyer Beware. I wouldn't buy any other products from this company based on my experience.
