I needed a quick food processor to easily cut up vegetables for my dogs food. I love how quick and easy it was to do small jobs in place of pulling out my electric food processor. It is definitely a good piece of kitchen equipment, albeit a bit pricey in my opinion.

I chose the medium because I already own a large one made by Tupperware. This one works very much the same and does a great job evenly chopping. I really like the medium size, it’s perfect for onion, celery, peppers and garlic when I’m prepping. Its super easy and it does a fantastic job, I’m always amazed at how easy these work. It’s important to use the right size chopper for your job, that’s why I got this smaller medium one. These all work best when they are half full, so if you are chopping less then that, there is not enough weight to push the food down and it doesn’t chop as finely, the food ends up stuck around the bowl. This one has a plastic bar you put on the spindle and it helps to keep the food down on the blade but it still works much better half full, so if you intend to use it mostly for garlic get the smallest one. This one costs much less then the Tupperware and I find it works just as well. My only issue is cleaning this one. Water can get in these lids around the pull cord and this one doesn’t seem to have a way to open it up to clean it. The Tupperware lid has a small key hole you can pop open with a screwdriver or scissors to access the inside of the lid where the cord sits and before I figured that out, it was really nasty inside there. Maybe there is a way to open this lid but I can’t see a way without risking breakage. I love the way this works but I’m concerned about bacteria collecting inside the lid. I would not recommend submerging this lid or putting it in the dishwasher. Maybe the manufacturer can chime in here and let us know if this lid pops open somehow, I would give it 5 stars if it did.

My daughter and I love this little chopper! Neither of us like to chop onions so we put big pieces in here along with our tomatoes, give it a few pulls and you’re good to go! It’s marked on the sides with measurements too so you can see what exactly you’re adding in. The blades are really sharp as well so you need to be careful when taking it apart and washing it. I’ve put the blades and base in the top rack of the dishwasher a couple times. The piece with the cord has to be hand washed. Really like this little tool!

I had another brand of food chopper I had for many years before it finally fell apart. I had become so attached to it I had to replace it, and this was seemed promising. It was bigger, roomier, and had a nice locking feature. I confess I am comparing this to the old one and hence only 4-stars, but all in all this is a great product. My one complaint is that it's just not as sturdy as my old one, requiring a little more manipulation to hold steady and some issues with the locking lid. Still a good product and highly recommended. Trust me, this will change your chopping procedures.

I must admit, this is not the first manual chopper that we have owned. Inevitably and over time, the blade does dull some, so we have had the replace the chopper.This is a staple tool in our kitchen and this one is terrific. The price point is reasonable and you don't have to bother leaving it on the counter like another electric food processor. It is easy to use, and the blade goes in the top rack of the dishwasher, as well as the cup. I hand wash the pulley /top.The blade is sharp and does the job very well. The overall product feels sturdy too.Would recommend.

I love this little vegetable chopper. It is just what I was looking for.My electric food processor has a habit of grinding my food too small andalmost juicing it...with this I am in control of how fast the blades go andjust how small I am cutting my vegetables. Totally pleased, easy to use,even with my arthritic hands. Easily portable...this little tool will beuseful to carry on your camping trips or keep it in your RV for use.Because of its size, it has a very small foot print and will take up verylittle space. I found this little chopper invaluable making salads, soups,stews, casseroles...any dish requiring a variety of vegetables. It wouldmake a wonderful gift for someone who loves to cook. A great product, welldesigned, and offered at a great price.

Everybody who cooks needs a vegetable chopper.A sturdy feel with nice packaging: safety covers were on the blades.There's an advantage to a manual chopper. Because it's not electric, you have better control over the fine cut: you won't accidentally create a powder as you might with an automated or electric one (yeah, we've all done that).Works best when you cut items into 1 inch or so pieces before chopping.Easy to rinse off without touching the actual blades. That's good since the tester once sliced her hand when trying to clean the blades.Looking forward to using this often.

I have a hard time chopping onions with teary eyes. Since I had this, I never had to cry when I had to chop onions now. Not only Onions, but I can also do tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and small cut chicken for making chicken grounds too. Very sharp blades that chop a lot even on a single pull. The 3 blades are super useful while chopping it down.

I bought this Valore chopper June 2022 and have used it on average once per week. It works great however can't use it anymore because of the big crack that opens right up do can't use anymore. Disappointing. The lid and the blades are not damaged. I handwashed the cup sometimes and other times put on the top rack of the dishwasher. I ended up buying a smaller one at Dollarama to have a chopper to use. I would like the company to replace the cup and that would make me happy. It worked great when I could use it. I would suggest that they also put a warning up not to wash in dishwasher.

I have bought a few cheeper in the past, but this one cost a bit more but worth every penny, the cup is very big, the handle is very big, and,, sooo smooth C cut soo much, recommended it A+++

Good product, value for money, saves time

So good, easy and a life saver. My professional equipment broke and I could not get any thing that just gave me the parts. So I resorted to this .. but I swear it does a better job. And I use it for a profit setting.. just wish it was not so light and weak looking and feeling. I don't have confidence it won't Crack and or last long.. price is very precise. But I wound mind spending double for a stronger model..and it does better job than a actual motor machine.
