Bumper material is tough
Got itLooks niceAs stated, the bumper is quite tough.....Tried a Harbor Freight step drill with no lubrication.....Will re group soonUPDATE!it is INSTALLEDi chose to cut the access holes with a die grinderits a great product, it was a major pain to install, but it is DONEi did need the shims too!!!i ended up using aforementioned step drill in a DeWalt impact driver.. it did the job.

Good Product.
Enabled me to safely haul a trailer behind my 2004 Mustang. Easy installation in about one hour.

installing on 2001 mustang , poor fit + drilling takes way too long
Had to remove rear bumper and drill holes. You need high end drill bits that are expensive. I had a pro do it and it took way longer than even their amateur estimate (I don't think he used the high end bits). Labor on this hitch is way too expensive.
