Did not meet my expectations. The tubing was missing a connector piece which was crucial. Without the piece the “blood” did not flow through the tubing because the connection was too lose. I contacted the company- that was a nightmare.Email tag for two weeks! They offered a $25 refund so that “I could go to the store and buy the missing piece” That infuriating me. I did not accept that as a response, I sent pictures explained the issue and they still requested a video! That was last straw, I requested a full refund and it was awarded over night!Not worth the hassle you’re better off spending the extra $20-30 for a better quality arm!
