This tape is amazing! I use it on many parts of my body when I have pain. It works on muscles and joints. I have shared it with many people who have never tried it. Worked...ok I suppose.
These are ok but there are much better brands out there. It did the job but it doesn't stay on very long. Wear it on the sides of my knees but kept peeling off whenever there was friction against my pants. Which didn't happen with other brands..
