Cheaper than many and still as good
The jute rope costs vary widely on Amazon. This is one of the cheaper ones but seems fine to me. Bought for scouts to use to learn knots and was great for that. Need to make of the ends to stop it unraveling once cut as expected but that is another skill they needed to learn anyway :-)

Cats won’t touch it
Can’t really explain it.Replaced 5 scratch pads and have 3 cats.They won’t touch any of the replaced ones with this rope. StrangeReplaced many and never been an issue
