Easy to apply but nonetheless reassuringly sticky. Much easier to cut and thinner than some cheaper tape I bought to finish off the last couple of meters - you can tell the difference in quality. Having put the tape on the joists then leaving overnight before putting boards down, it was obvious in the morning just how much moisture would otherwise be sitting directly on the wood. Worth the relatively small cost and short time to do.

I recently used this on the support joists, underneath the decking, when building a jetty. Tape was really easy to apply and provided a smooth, waterproof, seal right along the tops of the joists. Easy to cut, smooths down readily, adheres firmly to the wood, and water runs straight off it. Not cheap, but I definitely recommend this product.

Goes on well and easy to use. This stuff adheres well so well in fact that within a minute or so it's immovable. I tried lifting a small section and it takes wood with it! That's a good thing really and difficult to mess up anyway as it's under a deck and perfection is not required. My only grumble is the cost. Its really expensive stuff but then all quality deck tape seems to be.

I’ve tried several brands and this is definitely the simplest to use and seems to perform best.No need for scissors as it can be torn straight by hand. Very forgiving of placement and any tangles and then sticks well, even on bends.Can’t comment on longevity yet, but other brands are bubbling and peeling yet this remains smooth.
