Mizuno Womens Running

Reliable, comfortable, dependable
I've had these Mizuno's for a couple of years and wear them mostly when I want to walk m/exercise on pavement because I've had some heel pain and I'd like to avoid that. These shoes do it all for me. I definitely will buy more in the future. (And these are not my first pair.)

Very comfortable!
The first thing I love about this shoe is the color. I am so suck of having only the least garish running shoe. The second thing is how incredibly comfortable these are. I probate and also wear an insert. It for perfectly and these shoes were immediately more comfortable than my well worn pair.Another, maybe silly thing is that the tongue is longer than my old pair. I like this feature because it prevents the laces from tickling the front of my ankle.I wear a size 8 - 8.5, but always wear a 9.5 running shoe. These might be a little snugged than my last pair, but still are so comfortable!

Never buying any other brand
Love my Mizunos. This is my 3rd or fourth pair of the wave inspires.I love them all. I personally feel like they all fit the same and are all very supportive, and have truly helped my runs.

BIG shoe!
So Mizuno women's running shoes have always been small for me. My old pair is a 9.5 Wave Runner and bruises my toenails. Granted it's a different 'model' but I would think sizing would be consistent with one single brand. My feet have a wider width in the toe box area (pinkey toe and the bone where it attaches in particular), yet have low volume, super high arches, and thin heels. These shoes are good on the length, having sized up to a 10 (I generally wear 9-9.5 in all other brands). They're actually almost *too* roomy - perhaps because I have low volume feet? Zero arch support in these, and there is a fairly significant drop from heel to toe. I had to shop around for orthotic style arch supports with extra padding, 0 drop, and 32 arches to take up the extra space. Superfeet Green are my usual go-to but they also have a significant drop so wouldn't work. The shoelaces are stretchy. I get why, but they're a tad short? Something is off with them and I had to get replacements.A LOT of work to get this pair of shoes to fit! But it's LIGHT! And breathable. My feet are happier. The photo shows it has the same old style "bumpers" or whatever that extra plastic that sticks out around the sole. But note how it's just BIGGER overall! Almost like a Man's size.

So far so good
So far so good, will get back when I put more miles, I had the inspire 15 and I over used for more than a year, a lot of miles but the stability run out...and I needed the new ones...this are not as good as the 15 but is hard to find stability shoes, I have tried a lot and these are the best for my pronation.

Glad to be back in Mizuno
I used to regularly run in Wave creation, but they started running too narrow & I had to find another brand that carried wide shoes. When I saw that Mizuno started making their shoes in wides I knew I needed to give them a go. So happy I switched back.Great stability shoe for overpronators along with adequate sized toe box for my hobbit feet (wide at ball/instep & narrow at the heel) and the heel is narrow and hugs my heel so no more slippage, like my other brand wide running shoes. If you've got wide feet but regular width Mizuno's are too narrow - give these a spin.

Great look, comfortable feel, snug fit
Fits snugly around heel and midfoot while leaving enough toe room for proper running fit. Went up a half size from my typical shoe size, but that's pretty normal for my running shoes. The color is lovely and fun as well which is a bonus in my book. Shoe has ample support while still feeling comfortable on the foot and providing some cushioning.

Perfect
I have purchased many pair of Mizuno Waves and these are closer in fit to my favorite iteration of them. Wide in the toe box, but not too wide, nice fit everywhere else. I thought the 17 (newest version) i feel was a bit more narrow in the toe box and through the mid foot, but these are exactly as i hoped they would be. Looking forward to start running again.
