It, since I received it has crashed about ten times
Would be okay if they would update these units so the crashing would stop. Nice big screen and great responding.

Warning: cheap 3rd party SSD card installed by Seller is not covered under manufacturer's warranty
This laptop works quite well for exactly 3 months (other than the disappointing battery life); then the SSD card randomly crashed while typing away on it. Sent it to ASUS for warranty service and had to pay to replace the defective 3rd party PCIe SSD card that was installed by the retailer Oydisen Electronics https://www.amazon.com/s?me=A2HR3WADFB8IU9&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DEReven though the manufacturer's warranty had not expired. Buyer beware!

Worth the Money. Decent 17' Laptop.
An extremely decent 17' laptop under $800 with type-c USB, HDMI port, and intel i5 processor. The battery works great and the charger is pretty light for mobile users. Other brands like HP or Dell would cost you more than $1,000 for this. Very happy with the purchase!

Dead on Arrival
First, this was NOT packed well at all. It was in the original box, then placed inside another larger box, with absolutely NO padding. No bubble bags, nothing. It was shaking around in the box, which may be why it didn't work. It actually started to start, then it asked me to enter some information, which I did, then it had a link to download windows 11. That was the end. Said no hard drive found, etc. Sent it back and will not buy another. Unbelievable that Amazon puts bubble bags in a box of cat food, but none in a laptop. Someone needs to learn to pack for safe shipping.

poor quality and workmanship battery charge failed, battery failed.
cheap so you get what you pay for. not sure where all the failures occurred but there were enough failure to make a return necessary. shipped back via UPS. This could have been a returned unit that got shipped back out but I cannot tell if that explains the poor condition of this PC
