IT LUGGAGE SOFTSIDE
The item is as described as like new. The color and design are nice. It's quite light but while I hold the luggage, it feels a little heavy. I would say while you roll it, it's light but not for holding up. The only minor drawback that I don't like, is while I zip off the luggage, the cover tilts unevenly to one side of the other. I guess it's because one side is not thick enough to support the cover evenly. However, the overall satisfaction I would still say is 4.5-5 stars. If you can buy the USED-LIKE NEW, I would say definitely.

On my first trip with my new carry-on. It's a great piece of luggage except for the handle. It doesn't go up very high and doesn't stay in place.
