Pro Console Tape/Artist Tape (1" x 60 yard (1 Roll), White)

The roll of tape I received is not console tape like I've used for 30 years. It is masking tape like you can get at the dollar store. It is a light beige color (masking tape), not the white mixing board tape like advertised. Disappointing purchase for the amount paid.

I have bought artist tape in the past and wasn't happy with the lack of stickiness. This tape was perfect and is the only one I will buy in the future. It removed cleanly and without damaging the paper. I recommend!

I thought I would try this tape out as console tape and as masking tape for my art projects. It is way too sticky, and leaves behind a residue, especially if the paper you are using is coated in any way. So for me... it gets 3 stars.

Many drafting tapes are too low-tack to stick to smooth work surfaces, (mine is glass); but this one holds well without damaging the paper upon removal. Always be careful when removing any tape from paper: The longer it's been in place, the higher the chance of damage and the more residue it will leave upon removal.

I purchased this product because my watercolor teacher recommended it for adhering paper to mat. It works perfectly. No problems.

Absolutely perfect for its intended use. I use it regularly to mark channels on mixers and other audio gear, and it lifts off without a mark without bleed through from using a Sharpie.

I am an artist. I use this tape to hold down my watercolor paintings while I am working on them. The important thing to know is that the paint doesn't seep under the tape so I can get a crisp edge around my painting. It is easy to lift off of the paper and doesn't pull the paper with it. Nice Quality!

Easy on, easy off. I love this tape, have used it for years. It's quite different from masking tape.
