These are so helpful! It makes eating dairy tolerable. I buy these monthly and often recommend them. These don’t seem to have a flavor and are easy to swallow

I just started taking Lacto after doing some research. It works. Normally I would feel discomfort after ingesting dairy and the next day would feel sluggish. Since I’ve started taking Lacto before or during or right after a meal I have no discomfort. I do feel that it’s expensive, but it’s worth for the occasions when I eat dairy.

About 2 months ago I started taking these whenever I was going to eat dairy. They worked great for gas and bloating but I did have to take several to manage those symptoms. Be careful if you've ever had gastritis because one of the enzymes in this breaks down the protective stomach lining over time and I started having very uncomfortable sharp pains as long as they were in my stomach.

Works wonderful. Everyone is different and clearly not everything works for everyone.But for me better than Lactaid or LactoJoy.

I’ve tried so many kinds of lactase pills and these are by far the most effective. I can’t stand chewables and many pills just don’t work very well. I keep some of these with me wherever I go. If lactose doesn’t agree with you, these are a must.

Recently, I went on vacation and realized I’d forgotten my Lactaid. We had a busy schedule and I resorted to placing a grocery order with Whole Foods for our vacation rental, and Lacto was the only thing they had. Wow! Game changer! While Lactaid helps cut down on the effects of eating lactose (bloat, gas, discomfort, etc), it never made a huge impact and I’ve religiously avoided dairy because of it. However, I knew on vacation I would need to indulge a bit. After two small trial runs with that Lacto, I took two of the pills with a 10 inch pizza (and followed it with Gas X, just to be sure) and felt great! Because I rarely eat this way, I still felt slightly bloated (more like just being pretty full) but was otherwise totally fine. I am VERY sensitive to lactose and other foods as well, and Lacto honestly feels like a little blessing. In fact, I believe I may also have other issues, beyond lactose, with dairy now and Lacto will be go to!

I love LACTO! I am allergic to Dairy, but going Dairy free is hard when it’s in so many things you love to eat. So I keep it in my purse for when I am spontaneously confronted with a delicious irresistible cheese filled dish. It took me 30yrs to figure out Dairy was causing my Horrendous Acne Breakouts and Lacto has helped me get it under control. I can hardly believe how simple and effective it is, but it works. I take two right when I’m getting ready to indulge. It took me a while to get into the habit of thinking of taking it before a meal, but it’s now my routine and I am so happy for it. What a difference it has made in my life. No more hiding at home from embarrassing breakouts.
