Value for money
After reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure ,but I ordered it and took a chanceOnly had it a couple of days but have been absolutely delighted with it ,it was easy to set up and the instructions were very easy to follow ,I have wanted one of these for ages ,so at this price finally got the chance

Good.
The media could not be loaded. Fast delivery easy to set up Its all good but it does not want to heat up.. It stays on 22 ive messaged the company hopefully it will get sorted but for the money its well worth it.

Great hot tub
Arrived very fast, a whole week earlier than expected. Very well packaged and easy to set up. Was able to do it by myself in about 10 minutes and immediately start filling it up. The controls are a bit fiddly as they are touch screen rather than buttons and they have a safety lock that engages automatically and you have to press and hold on the button for several seconds every time you want to change anything. Would be fine, however because it’s a touch screen, it does not register your finger if there’s water on the panel…and obviously there is almost always water on it. So you have to wipe it with a towel, then hold the unlock button, then you can alter what you need to. So a little bit fiddly but not a huge inconvenience.

Hot tub broken
Bought this in January this year, it’s now June and the hot tub has popped (it has split in a corner, manufacturings fault) and there is no option to return or for warranty

Scratch on the heater
Could you please inform me there is a scratch on the contol panel of heater. Considering this is a brand new product taken out of the box yesterday. Please can you advise why this has occurred.Plus how long does it take for the heater to get to its correct temperature. Started heating hot tub yesterday at 3pm and only reached 29 on the heating panel this at 7am. Water mildly warm to touch please advise

Relax tub
We are both very grateful and happy with this tub, one of the best we have ever seen and had chilled out works perfectly fine easy to put up and if you look after your water checks all is good, 5 star .

Great buy
After looking for a hot tub for a few days I decided to give this a go. The horror stories from other brands I thought give it a try. Well I think my decision was spot on to be fair faultless gets really warm great bubbles absolutely great. I did but additional ground sheet sponge it’s well worth it to prevent punctures and it’s comfortable to sit on !!!
