An addition to my Sercurty system

Liked the product, great sound/volume, seems to be sensitive enough, but have not been able to program the second transmitter. Emailed the producer of this set at an email address listed in the instructions under support and have not heard back from them yet (5 days). Does not appear to be any producer support........Directions for programing 2nd transmitter are either wrong or there is something wrong with this set.

advertised as 1000 feet range, Barely getting 250 feet, line of sight, in my driveway. I have 2 set up along my driveway, sometimes one goes off and not the other. There must be a time delay or reset or somethiong which don't let you work 2 in a line for vehicles. I have them in my driveway to detect vehicles. I put two spaced apart to avoid anumals triggering false hits. (one hot...deer) 2 hits (car). I guess I'll be forced to use one PIR at the end of the driveway and hope for the best.

Bought this with a pack of two sensors to detect motion in two different hallways. When pairing the devices it seems you can only have one motion sensor paired at a time with the receiver. When you pair the second sensor it disconnects the first one. We made sure to set them as separate device numbers (1-4) but that made no difference. Set one as 1 and it worked. Paired the second device as 2 but then device 1 stopped working. This went back and forth a few times. The instruction manual provided an email for support stating 24/7 support. Its been over 4 days now since I emailed them for clarification and no response yet.

One of the 2 transmitters goes off frequently when there is nothing around to set it off. Very irritating. Plus there is not shut off button when you're working in the yard or near the sensor to get it from going off.
