Looks so good it made my bass look dull. This is a cool choice for guys or girls.

Listing says this is not for Squire Affinity P Bass, but many many reviews said otherwise so I took their advice and gave it a shot since it is almost impossible to find a pick guard for these without making a template and sending it with 40 bucks to a shop to make you a replacement. Yes the Squire pickup covers are bigger than regular Fender ones and I did have to whittle a millimeter or so of material to get them to fit and line up. and depending on how you line up the new one to the old one it looks like they will be off an half an inch or so... but after I corrected for the pickups widths I was able to set it in place and start each screw slightly and I got all of them to screw down nicely without having to modify any holes. The only new hole I have to drill now is for the middle one on the left, Mine originally was setup from the factory for 4 screws on the left side, now 2 are covered and once I fit the new screw I can run either version without anyone being able to know unless they remove the pick guard. At this price, I might order a couple of other colors to see if pops better visually with a different layout, but in any case this was a definite win!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This fit my Mexican-made P-Bass body (I don't know what year. It may be a Squire) perfectly. It looks a lot better than the cheesy-looking white pearl originally on the black body. It's not the nicest looking tortoise shell I've seen, but it's good and costs so much less than some other options. Nice that it comes with screws, though I didn't need them. Ease of installation: Holes aligned perfectly. Check the measurements provided and be sure they match pretty closely.
