5-STAR customer service!! I bought this watch in December for my son for Christmas. Great quality! Looks fantastic! Great price!!! Even though it's a dressy watch, my son wears it daily (school, extracurriculars, gym class). He loves it that much! The band broke on one side a couple weeks ago. I reached out to customer service as it has a 2-year warranty. From the first email to arriving in my mailbox was a total of 9 days. I was amazed! My first email was late in the evening and I got a response right away. Within 24 hours they had approved my return and were processing a replacement band. Even though only one side of the band was broken they sent both as a replacement. Highly recommend!! Some other factors to note as a review.... It is in fact waterproof. He has worn it in the shower. It works great as a casual or a dressy watch.

I've worn this every day for the last year-and-a-half and I absolutely love the minimalist, professional look. The reflective watch face is easy to see even in dark rooms. It pairs with everything from workout or outdoor clothes to suits. No problems with accurate time. The thin profile keeps it out of my way. The sliding watch strap makes it so I can get the perfect fit every time and it's easy and quick to put on or adjust. I've never submerged it but it seems to have picked up moisture on the inside of the glass from sweating. I love this watch so much that I just bought a replacement in the hopes it lasts a little longer this time around. If the second one has similar problems I'll (sadly) look elsewhere next time.

I wanted my husband to wear a watch for our wedding pictures, but I knew he would never wear one again! So didn’t wanna spend a ton of money on one… So this was a great alternative! It looks great in our pictures, but was really cheap!

The reason I love BUREI watches is because they are not heavy on your hand, they are so cormfotable, and they make you look simple yet classy.

Cheap Chinese watch brand that seems to keep good time, but with materials that look the price. It's very light on the wrist, but I wouldn't wear it out and about.
