Worked great. Cut up our meat for jerky quick. Saved us several hours of work. Blades were very sharp.

Excellent product I bought mine to use on venison, how ever I’ve used it on duck , beef, goose, chicken breast. Great buy. Also I recommend buying the jerky blades as well. Love them slices jerky evenly.

Fits my Gander Mountain slicer/cuber. No jerky blades available for that unit. Steel gears vs plastic.Good quality.Haven't used it yet. Hope it slices well.

Cut your "roasts" between 1 and 1.5 inches. Run it through the jerky slicer and you're ready for the marinade! Easy as that!

I was excited to use this jerky slicer, but it quickly turned into an aggravation. Getting the slicer adjusted properly is a challenge. It's definitely not plug-n-play. This item is also very awkward to handle and store away. It needs some sort of storage case to keep the knives from getting damaged or to be able to stack it on a shelf or drawer.

Bought this to go with my Weston Manual Heavy Duty Meat Cuber Tenderizer. These blades are SHARP and slice right through the meat with ease. Be very careful how you handle these blades as they will cut your fingers. It says you can put them in the dishwasher, but, I never do. I suggest washing them by hand and letting them air dry on a dish drainer thoroughly before storing them.

Glad this was back in stock. Purchased for my 85 year old father, as he is still making his deer jerkey every year during Hunting Season.

Perfectly slices jerkey. Did a beef and processed 40 lbs in minutes. Way better than my hobart slicer. Blades are super sharp and will cut you.

Very happy with these blades but should of had a choose which blades I wanted so got stung with the extra $150 for these and will never use the tenderiser blades
