Good size and works great
Very easy to use and love the slight curve when lifting eggs from pan. Cleanup is a breeze. Remember not to prop it touching pan’s edge. It can melt.

Repeat buyer of these great spatulas!
I decided it may be time to start replacing my 10 and 11-year-old Matfer Bourgeat spatulas because they're finally getting to look kind of worn and food sticks to them a bit more. I've tried out a few different spatulas over the years, but I ended up getting rid of those and keeping these. These aren't cheap, but I definitely got my money's worth over their long lifetime.
