I ordered myself the bluefin vibration plate and ordered this for my mum, they both work exactly the same this one is cheaper well worth the money

The main issue with this product is the speakers. The sound level is very low. The timer only goes up to 10 minutes so you have to restart if you want more time. On the plus side it was reasonable in price and I'm enjoying use it and have felt the effects on my muscles/body after using it for just a few days.

Initially, on arrival, I was pleased that I could actually lift it out of the box myself. I then realised that the remote was smaller than expected and I thought it arrived without one. I later found it tucked away in a compartment of the styrofoam which is white and the remote is also white, so it was camouflaged in the box hence me not noticing at first. I thought I might have to return it.Since trying it out it does what it says. The only downside is the bluetooth. You can scarcely hear what is being said.

This is a quality piece of kit. A breeze to use. Once you turn it on you select one of 5 options and you are good to go. Just stand on the plate and feel it get to work on your body. There are myriad ways to use this machine. Enjoy. Worth it all the way. Martin

Use everyday and feel so much better, had sore legs and ankles, this has helped and starting to tone up now as well.

Purchased this following from other reviews.Worth the price, bang for "buck" and absolute quality this machine is.Bought for my mum who suffers with a shopping list of health issues, one of which is where she has mobility issues stemming from the spine.Packaged very nicely and has all the instructions included. Not quite clear but enough for us to utilise in a safe manner whilst using commonsense.She feels like its helping her blood circulation and does one leg at a time when standing and also sits down to rest her legs/feet on it (as video/pic shows).Plug and play, easy to use, remote control. (Batteries not included, AAA Batteries needed).It has a timer which is awesome. Can be set from a minute to 10 minutes I believe...At first, she felt as the machine was quite aggressive for what she was anticipating but shes got it on a low setting which will suffice.Bluetooth capabilties to play through your desired choice and my favourite bit is that the feet has suction cups, so it literally sticks to the floor.Not confident using this on carpet but should be fine on tile/laminate flooring.Noise wise, Not as bad as I thought. Not that noisy either.Good product, materials used for it seems solid and the build overall is decent.Happy with my purchase, just hope it doesn't have any faults.

Plate seems to work well but after 2or3 minutes the mains lead falls out the back which means you’re got to start your program again Also one of the main reasons for buying this model was the Bluetooth but it’s so muffled you can’t hear it Is there anything that can be done to put this right cheers Alvin

So far, so good. I had used it most days for 10 minutes a day. I am starting to feel more toned, but people need to remember, it is for toning, it is not a cardio work out.I have no problem with the blu tooth, the sound is good, though I do wish I coukd turn the voice off when I switch it on!It ius really too heavy to move around, so at the moment, it is left out on show, but this does make me use it more, so I suppose that's a good thing. I don't use the bands, as they did not feel comfortable. I have since read a review that one snapped, so I use a couple of light dumbells instead to add to the workout. My one question is during the workout, the display swaps from speed, to time, to KM... What is the KM representing? It says distance... Distance of what? Because at the end it says I have done about 1300km...which equates to 807 miles... After 10 minutes...?? Now, I am pretty sure that's not quite accurate. 😂If anyone can explain that, it would be good. I do hope it continues to work, I am a bit concerned at the amount of reviews that are saying their plates have broke after a fewweeks/months.All in all, I am pleased with the plate, it helps me do something everyday, instead of nothing!
