Although a bit pricey, this is by far the most exquisite Darjeeling tea I ever tasted, so in that regard it is a superb value! It is on a lighter side, but the aroma and flavor are exquisite and mellow! Makes me realize that the "generic" Darjeeling is a "fake" tea! Tea comes beautifully packaged in an vacuum container, so the freshness and aroma is preserved. I bought this after I had had some outstanding Giddapahar Darjeeling from a different brand at a teahouse in Pittsburgh. The Vadham version is a good, decent Darjeeling, but it is missing the fresh and aromatic note that the one in Pittsburgh had.

Fresh, beautiful leaves, and brews into a lovely cup of tea - all that you dream of in a fine Darjeeling. Vahdam really knows what they are doing. So many teas on offer in specialty tea shops here in the US have been hanging around for too long. Vahdam delivers really great fresh teas - with pick dates indicated - all through the miracle of the Internet and Amazon. Life is good. This tea is greater than good!

Delicious, lite, and flavorful. I like the softness of organic tea and the Okayti Premium has flavorful soft bouquet rather than a loud flavor rumpus like the later summer harvests (which are good too!). I have been enjoying Darjeeling's for a few years, but still consider myself to be at the beginning of my tea journey. Vahdam has proven to be an excellent source for spectacular teas.

Very good tea. Very light flavor though

I love MOST of the teas from VAHDAM. I got a couple of their sample packs and found a LOT of them I REALLY like or LOVE! there were some that i didn't care for but that's OK too. I have about 10 different teas in my cabinet that I have a hard time to figure out WHICH one I want each day! GREAT problem to have! Enjoy them ALL!

I've found that 2nd flush has the more traditional darjeeling flavour I'm accustomed too, but regardless this is a quality product with a different flavour.

Excellent Darjeeling, frangrant and delicate. Comes in a vacuum sealed protective bag and date of harvest. The producer seems to be making a real effort to pay fair wages and provide good working conditions for leaf pickers. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will try some of the other teas from Vahdam.

Aparte del delicioso, y astringentemente aterciopelado sabor de este, té, me encanta la presentación esmerada en la que viene. Han cuidado todos los detalles, hasta envían una bolsita de almacenaje tipo zip, opaca. El tacto de la cajita en la que viene, la elegancia, el mensaje del fundador, explicando la filosofía de su empresa, acentuando el precio justo a los trabajadores, todo, hasta el mínimo detalle, está pensado para transmitir cariño por el té, y por el cliente.
