As another reviewer stated, "Kratom is great, this book is not"This book is poorly written and provides inaccurate and misleading facts on Kratom. If you are interested in Kratom, there are great resources easily available on the internet. One I highlight recommend is the American Kratom Association.

If you are interested in Kratom for it's health benefits or pain relief, I can tell you it works. I can also tell you most of the information in this book is useless, misleading or even harmful. I would NOT try the recipes in the doses listed if you are trying Kratom for the first time. The book provides no useful information someone would need to begin taking Kratom, such as where to buy it, how to find the proper strains for your needs, or how to determine your correct dosage. I encourage anyone who is interest in Kratom to research it and try it, it does work. However don't rely on this book for proper education. You can find information from groups like the American Kratom Association or Facebook Kratom user groups.

Full of lies and misconceptions. As a person who has benefitted greatly from the use if this miracle plant I suggest you do some research on actual people, before writing in a subject you know nothing about

Terrible stuff​ ended up throwing it away. Made me really sick!

Total waste of time and money. Reads like a report from a 3rd grader. This book has horrible grammar, incomplete sentences and incomplete thoughts. The worst book I’ve ever purchased.
