I ordered this cannister vacuum for my lake house. I needed something that could maneuver easily and pick up pet hairs and dirt from considerable foot traffic in and outside, because it's a vacation home!It's only from using a product that you realize the benefits. First, it is lightweight, and it has nice accessories to be expected. Two features that I really like for ease of use and saving time are the level of suction and dirt bin size and ease to clean.The suction can be max for floors and large rugs, but min for those area rugs that get sucked up if it's too light! Love this! My expensive home vac doesn't have this feature!The dirt bin detaches really easily and a simple latch evacuates the debris, and it goes back in place quickly without having to move anything or adjust any other hoses or knobs.This is a nicely priced vacuum and it will do the hard work that an expensive vac offers!

I purchased this vacuum due to its large canister, extended hose feature, and retractable cord. I was particularly looking for a vacuum that could transition from hard surfaces to carpet. This vacuum is good on hardwood, but does not work well on carpet, because it contains no rotating bristles. Also, I am 5’6”, and the hose at full extension is too short for me to vacuum without getting a backache. The release button for the canister broke on my first day of use. I was able to put it temporarily back into place, however, it happened again a few minutes later and I am not able to find a permanent fix. You cannot lift / carry the vacuum by the canister handle, as it is pictured in the product listing. I am returning the vacuum as defective.

Originally Pyrrhus unit in Aug of 2022 at that time it only had 155 reviews most ok. Anyway, wasn’t long there was clearly a major manufacturing/engineering flaw. The hose/wand connection was wearing excessively….plastic to medal duh! Plus, the cord was too short and so was the vac hose. The Aspiron CS sucked and Amazon was no help either…Aspiron said Amazon wasn’t an approved vendor? Anyways MacGyvered the connection with some old vac parts was ok but the wand kept falling off! Fast forward one year August 2023, go back after Aspiron, the unit is still in warranty. Dealing with a gal named Alisa, I expressed my concerns and disappointment in their CS and the unit. I sent pictures etc.., Alisa was amazing not sure what happened at that company in the year that passed but I returned my original unit , they sent me a new one, the cord & hose were longer and the hose/wand issue was fixed. I’m tell ya…..I have 6 dogs and 9 cats, NO carpets (this model is notFor carpets) I vacuum almost everyday this unit has great suction, easy dump canister, you can service the filters (which they sent extras). The wand hose connection is still in excellent condition (6months use). For the price you won’t find vacuum. I previously has an Oreck Dutchtech an amazing vacuum this Aspiron unit is just as good on hard floors as that one. Well worth the money.4 Stars account of their original CS BS!

UPDATED Review: I have to say that the customer service from this company is beyond superior. Once they read my original review, they immediately contacted me and replaced the vacuum right away. Something I did not expect at all. As for the vacuum, this thing really is the best ever for tile floors. I have six doodles and this vacuum sucks with more power than any vacuum I have ever used. Considering the outstanding customer service (Nina), and the performance of it, I have changed my review to 5 stars.The two things that I wish were a bit different are: The cord could be longer and the handle where it connects to the hose needs a better attachment mechanism. It works fine, but tends to come disconnected when pulling it around.If this broke today, I would buy another!Original review:Bought this, used it 4 times and now the canister will not go back in. Lost 90% suction. And now can’t be used and it was only warranted for 30 days. Total rip-off!

Love that it's so lightweight and you can control the suction (which is amazing!). The only issue I have is that the black hose keeps coming out of the metal arm when you are vacuuming which is annoying. Bad design. You would think it would click/lock in.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I think it’s user error on the reviews that are saying it doesn’t work on carpet, carpet is all I have in my house. There’s a switch on the main floor piece that allows you to go from carpet to hardwood or linoleum. I love that the filter is washable. I love that the suction power can get stronger or weaker depending on what I’m cleaning. The only downside is the power cord is a bit short, but I just use an extension cord when cleaning my extremely long staircase. I can clean the staircase while holding the vacuum if I wanted to because it’s so light. I like that I can detach the hose and break it down and store it in my coat closet. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. I don’t even sweep my kitchen anymore I vacuum it now! The pet attachment cleaned a sofa that I have not been able to deep clean for years. It looks brand new now.
