The head was too small but such a great costume

Great costume! Our son is a slim average height 9 year old. We order a medium and it fit great. Taking off the packaging paper can be a challenge, it did stick to two area of the costume BUT after VERY GENTLY and slowly pulling the paper away it was ok. I took a damp towel and wiped away a few very tiny pieces of paper that stuck to it but ultimately the costume is fine now. It looks great on and our son says it’s comfortable. Great buy!!Yay!

My son was the shiniest kid this Halloween! He loved this costume - it fit pretty well and looked very nice when on. It seems to run a little small because he typically wears a 12/14 ... we ordered the size equal to a 14 and it was a little tight on him - with no extra length.The good:It's really cool! Bright, shiny, comfortable enough to wear all day, & ok to run around in. The green/black details on the chest piece give a nice contrast to all the shiny gold & really complete the look. The inside has a light fuzzyesh/mesh liner so it feels good when wearing. The pants/top are two separate pieces, which makes the going-to-the-bathroom part of wearing a costume much easier; the vest piece is also a separate piece that goes over the child's head then ties around the back - very easy to remove if needed!The not-so-good:The face mask portion has open stitching around the opening - it looks a little cheap since you can see the stitching around the face; it would have looked much cleaner if it was stitched under, rather than just being an open edge. The gold can wear off if the child plays too hard; my son wore this all day (& was of course running around, falling down, playing ball, etc.!) and by the end of the day the gold had worn off the knees, elbows, and other higher-wear areas.Overall we enjoyed this costume & would buy it again!

Had a few loose strings on the mask that was around the face but my kid loved the costume!

I can't speak to the size as we haven't tried it on yet. However, it does NOT come with the swords. I should have read more closely. Plus the tissue is completely stuck on the shirt. You can get it off by scrubbing it a little with a wet paper towel and it does come off. Costumes are very overpriced in general and this one is no exception.

Terrible quality, the tissue paper stuck to the costume in a way that can’t be peeled off and the hole in the face mask is super small. Will be returning.

My grandson LOVED it, although it was just a little large for him. He just turned 6, but it was easily adjusted. I had to hem the pants and take up the waist a little. I don't remember if there was a smaller size, or if I just ordered the wrong size. Really cute, though! He's all into Ninjas!

My 6yo LOVED his costume! And the compliments were flying in left and right from his admirers. I was hesitant at first because of the obnoxiousness of the shiny gold fabric (&I didn't even know who it was). But like many mamas, we cave to our kiddos wishes! And it was a great investment because he was so happy & channeled the golden ninja well! It was a little big bc I ordered one size up. So it's probably pretty true to size. The fabric is not thin & withheld 5 Halloween events. It's a stretchy polyester fabric that was perfect for colder weather in Wisconsin. The mask is the only thing my son wouldn't keep on bc he got hot, but any mask is hot imo.
