I used it to crimp 1/2 inch rubber air hose ends. It worked as it should. I will probably only use it once or twice a month. It seems to be a GREAT price for what it is. It seems to be made well also. Now let's see the longevity and durability. Only time will tell. But for now I would recommend this tool.

If you’re a diy guy, this crimper is boss. Made my line myself, crimped a sensor port and connected from the evaporator to the radiator. On a 86 Camaro, taught myself and successfully made my own line because I could not find a replacement all aluminum hose. Worked great.

Product works good just need a better wire to hold the pin in place

Had ordered ac line to fix my hot situation. But couldn’t find anyone to crimp the lines. Beadlock oring standard size hose. The Amazon lady dropped this off opened it up popped in the die and blam i had a crimped end. Did five more crimps two with the 10 and a total of 4 with the 6. 10 min and i had them crimped and 30 min later installed. Another one off tool to add to the never gonna use again shelf🤪

This a great tool, very easy to use. I have installed a Vintage Air unit on my GTO and these kits have 2 cut to length hoses that need to be crimped. Looks just like the factory crimps that come on the other hoses. Your average repair shop that charges AC will not have this tool. Can't beat it for the money, less than 1 hour labor at a shop.
