Improved my cravings
I have been trying different probiotics and this one caught my eye by saying it could help with cravings and metabolism. I have stressful lifestyle and I always crave for food at night, which I know is bad for my health and shape. After taking this for a while I do start to feel less cravings for sweets and oily food. Also less slugishness after meals especially after lunch. So far so good. Will continue taking this product.

I’m torn
My Dr recommended these because I have genetics that strive for obesity and losing/maintaining weight is unreasonably hard for me. I’ve been taking other probiotics for years, I’ve even switched back and forth between other probiotics with no issue. Let me tell you…these pills wrecked me. The first few days I liked them…less bloating, flatter tummy. But then I became a freaking balloon for over two weeks. I could barely button my pants. I felt nauseous. My stomach felt so full, like I had overeaten 24/7 for over two weeks. I kept going with them because they were expensive and I figured I should give my gut a chance to adjust to the new strains of bacteria. Eventually I started to feel better, but then I ran out. I’m legitimately torn as to whether or not I should try another bottle. I seemed to be adjusting to them at the end, but holy moly what a miserable process.

Gentle on the Stomach, Still Waiting on Weight Results
I’ve been using the Life-Space Shape B420 probiotic for a few weeks now. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach, which I really appreciate. I haven’t experienced any discomfort or side effects while using it. In terms of digestion and bloating, I do feel some improvement. However, I personally haven’t noticed any significant weight loss yet, which is the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I understand supplements can take time and results may vary, so I plan to continue using it to see if I notice more changes over time. Overall, it seems like a quality probiotic, especially for gut support.
