I have damaged my hair with repeated relaxers and heat styiling so I finally caved and bought a wig. I purchased this one becaused it has the length I always wanted and the straight style too. Having no knowledge about wigs, I had to get something that was easy for a first timer to use and not too expensive if it was an epic fail. I was amazed at how perfect it fit my head and how the style was just right around my face although the bangs need to be cut just a little shorter. It is soft and full and just a little lighter than my natural color. It also has the length I had before I trashed what I was born with. I will definitely be using wigs until my natural hair recovers (could be even longer😉) and this is one I will purchase again!

For $30, you just can't beat this wig. It's just a basic synthetic wig and pretty much, you can only style it the way it comes although, because I like a side part, I just turn the wig so that the part is on the side and brush the bangs over. I like to run my fingers through it so it doesn't look too perfect :) I also tweeze a bit at the part to make it a little more uneven and more realistic looking. To take away some of the shine, I spray on a little dry shampoo and hairspray and brush through it. One last thing I did was to put a little powdered root touchup on it to tone down the highlights since, for me, it they were a little much, although probably not for most people. The cap is very comfortable and once you do the little tricks I mentioned above, the hair seems very realistic looking. I will be ordering this wig again and again.
