FINALLY AN ANTENNA THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!
I want to share my experience with you and maybe this will help you....I've been dealing with very spotty service for years. Tall trees and hills blocked the signal to the tower that is 5.3 miles away. First I tried a a surecall fusion4home kit with a log periodic (people call it yagi) antenna. It kinda worked ok for calls, but internet suffered. So i tried to hook up a hotpot for internet, but I would get interference between the hotspot and the booster. My signal would drop all the time. So I scrapped that, and got a nighthawk m6 and connected the yagi antenna. Then I tried another panel antenna. The "yagi" was tough to get pointed correct and in storms it would fail. The non-mimo panel worked ok but spotty sometimes, and no-good for speed. Extremely frustrating. Best download speed I got was 3Mbs download .3mbs upload and latency of 3 seconds. That's with an antenna/hotspot. I was about to just accept it but I decided to try this MIMO antenna and WOW. What a difference. My download speeds now are 30mbs download and 6mbs upload. But most of all, the upload and latency is hugely improved. My internet responds so quickly now that I forget I'm on wireless. This antenna is the best I promise you if it solved my problems I'm sure it will help you. Even with CELL TOWER OVER 5 MILES AWAY, packed with trees and my internet is very stable and reliable. I'm so pleased with Waveform for building an antenna that works!!

Doesn't improve signal strength with T-Moble Internet, but Waveform 4x4 does
If you intend to buy this antenna to improve the signal quality and strength for T-Mobile internet, don't. It doesn't do anything for you. You will have to buy the Waveform 4x4 panel antenna. I tried both. However, while Waveform 4x4 antenna does work, don't expect it will solve all the connectivity and throughput problem. T-Mobile internet has an internal traffice management algorithm that puts internet user at the bottom of the priority. When its network is congested, it will reject internet connections or throttles the throughput. It has nothing to do with your signal strength. That is why I no longer have T-Mobile Internet service.

Increased my speed 4X
I am in a rural setting where 5G is not available, and DSL is slow and unreliable. There are 3 miles of tall trees between me and the nearest cell towers. The towers around me do provide 4G LTE, but the "stock" indoor antennas on my modem got no better performance than DSL (5-7 Mbps). However, using this MIMO antenna mounted outdoors, connecting to the same tower, gives me a steady 25-40 Mbps. The process of choosing where to mount and aim the antenna was tedious, but it was well worth it for me: They recommended mounting below the roof line, so I temporarily mounted the antenna to the top of a ladder the same height as my house eaves, then set it out in the yard away from the house, and connected up the modem using an AC extension cord. Then I ran a speed test, rotated the ladder 45 degrees and tested speed again, repeating until I did a full 360. I settled on one direction where speeds were best (and it wasn't the direction I expected from looking at CellMapper). This process is documented in a very well-written and concise instruction manual; read it. Most manuals are either so detailed and technical nobody has the patience to read them, or so "dumbed-down" that they are of no help. I still had questions during the mounting process, but their tech support always got back to me the same day with helpful info.Note that this item comes by itself, or in a kit with antenna cables and mounting hardware. Because quality antenna cables are expensive (and I already some short ones that would work for testing), I bought just the panel antenna option, and then after finalizing the mount, I ordered the right lengths required (I used LMR240 type). The cables that come with the kit option are good quality, but would have been way too long for my installation, and I didn't need most of the hardware (see picture).Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this company.

Didn’t work for me.
I tried everything, couldn’t make my connection better with it.

Can't say enough positive things about this product
First, the product worked great and gave me service where I could not get it before. Second, the customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I haven't been this impressed with customer service in many years. Once you register a phone number with them the tech texts you to start the install process. They walk you through it all. I registered early and wasn't ready to do the install yet, so they told me to text back when I was ready. I was able to install it on my own and forgot to text them back. After a few days they checked in and let me be after I told them I was good. Very polite and professional in all their communications. Great product.Note: if you have 4G and 5G bands available to you, get the correct antenna. The cheaper antenna only supports one or the other. I chose 4G as the service was actually usable so this was not an issue for me, but I can imagine someone getting the wrong antenna.
