Yes it does. My husband really likes it because you can use it both plugged in and cordless.

What size guards does this come with?

I don’t know but the clipper/trimmer isn’t any good anyway!

Yes it does. 3 guides, oil &brush plus the charger. It also will work while plugged in. So far my husband likes it.

Can this be used instead of a razor for a bald head?

It is not equivalent to razor but is cut near bald.
